Søren has thorough experience as a founder, CEO, board member, investor and advisor. Søren has a hands-on approach on entrepreneurship, business development, and the venture capital investors funding them.

He started his career in the Ministry of Justice, then later at a tier 1 Danish law firm and was then headhunted to the corporate world, where he has worked both as a Legal Director and CEO, including at a Nasdaq listed Company. In 2018 he decided to start his own Law Firm and finally became a part of Highbridge in 2024. Søren has extensive experience as a board member in more than 30 Danish companies over time.

Søren has the highest level of legal standards, strong commercial understanding, experience from the corporate world combined with a strong network and has helped many clients to succeed.

He advises on Venture, M&A, Corporate and Commercial law, and Employment Law.

Søren is licensed by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
