August is a graduate of the University of Copenhagen, where he obtained his law degree in 2020. Following the completion of his studies, August has gained valuable experience across various legal positions before joining Highbridge as an assistant attorney in early 2022. His commitment and expertise led to him being admitted as an attorney on the 1st of January 2024.

August possesses a broad spectrum of legal skills that make him a valuable asset for Highbridge Law Firm. His primary areas of expertise encompass startup matters, commercial and corporate law, venture capital financing, commercial transactions, and M&A.

August has a global perspective, having studied in both the USA and Japan. August also has a technological perspective having finished his studies by writing a thesis on the interaction between artificial intelligence and law, which was motivated by his passion for technological advancements.

While August is deeply committed to the legal profession, he also values a well-rounded lifestyle. In his leisure time, he enjoys supporting his favorite football club, F.C. Copenhagen, immersing himself in competitive video games and sharing a beer with his friends or a glass of wine with his wife.

August is licensed by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
