Ida completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Copenhagen in June 2023. Her bachelor’s dissertation examined liability for damage caused by space debris under the current international space law regime, which is an area of law in which she has a particular interest.

She obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen in June 2025. Her master’s thesis focused on the merger control prohibition on gun jumping in practice, with particular emphasis on pre-closing covenants in the period between signing and closing of M&A transactions.
