Kasper believes that understanding the commercial realities of emerging companies is a prerequisite to providing sound legal advice. Having been involved in a number of startups, both as an investor and advisor and now as a founder, Kasper is uniquely placed to provide truly insightful counsel.    

His practice focuses on general startup issues and complex transactional matters, including venture capital funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Kasper’s experience ranges from multimillion dollar buy-out deals to very small early-stage venture capital funding, and he’s equally comfortable working with both founders and investors.

Prior to founding Highbridge in 2018, Kasper gained extensive experience with high-ranking international law firms such as DLA Piper (prev. LETT) and Eversheds Sutherland, as well as with Danish industrial giant Grundfos as in-house counsel.

In addition to taking away the growing pains of growing companies, Kasper is passionate about live music, motorcycles, turning ideas into reality and travelling. Kasper is also an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers and can often be found speaking at international conferences.

Kasper is licensed by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
