Kristian Kromann graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 2018 and joined Highbridge as an assistant attorney later that year. His main areas of focus are commercial and corporate law, venture capital financing, commercial transactions and M&A.

Kristian is licensed by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society
