Louise finished her Bachelor's degree at the University of Copenhagen in June 2025. She wrote her bachelor's dissertation on the transition from the Market Abuse Directive (MAD) to the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), with a focus on the obligations for listed companies to disclose inside information and the rationale behind the removal of the Danish principle of materiality.

She is currently studying for her master's degree at the University of Copenhagen and is expected to finish in the summer of 2027.

Louise joined Highbridge as a paralegal in the autumn of 2024.
