Shila graduated from University of Copenhagen with a Master of Laws in January 2023, and has a big interest in helping startups, having previously worked in several startups and voulenteered in the Entrepreneur Legal Aid ("Iværksætterretshjælpen"). She first Joined Highbridge as a paralegal in January 2022, and has continued on as an assistant attorney as of February 2023. In addition to venture capital and corporate law, she has a special interest in and knowledge of IT law and contract law, and wrote her bachelor's dissertation on contractual relationships in IT law during hacking attacks and her master's thesis on effects on contractual relationships when personal identification are being abused online.

Outside of her legal pursuits, Shila is a multi-talented individual. She channels her creativity through art, allowing her to find inspiration and balance. Additionally, she maintains an active lifestyle, frequently engaging in invigorating runs, paddleboarding adventures and even enjoys spending leisurely hours perfecting her golf swing.
